Our services include but are not limited to: e-commerce on-model and off-model photography for apparel and accessories, including ghost mannequin and flat lay product images, in-studio consulting services, lifestyle and campaign photography for marketing, social content, video, retouching, model casting, and more.

  • Yes, absolutely. Our product photographers and staff will request these details when arranging your shoot or retouching services. We are happy to match your lighting, sizing, cropping, background, and editing specifications.

  • We will be in touch with you within 24 hours of receiving your booking request, whether it was by email or our contact form. Then, we’ll deep dive into your project needs and send you an estimate or rate sheet, as well as additional work samples if requested.

  • As soon as we confirm brand specs, timeline, and rates, we’ll get started right away. We ensure our staff and our professional product photography studio are ready for you upon confirming your booking. Our team is as excited as you are to begin work.

  • Use your delivery service of choice: UPS, FedEx, or a messenger service, or you are welcome to drop them off in-person at our studio.

  • The Hyperblack staff is focused on ensuring your samples are well-taken care of from the moment they arrive to when we return them to you. We process samples once they are received and communicate any discrepancies immediately. Every sample is checked in at each step of the process to ensure nothing is missed.

    We will generally send your samples back within a week after the shoot. If you need them back sooner, just let us know at the time of booking.

  • We respect your time and your deadlines, and so we pride ourselves on being quicker and more efficient product photography process compared to other studios. When you work with Hyperblack, you can expect high quality results that only a full-service content creation studio can offer. We take a proactive approach to making changes to the work if it is not to your liking – all while staying on time and on budget.

    Our standard turnaround time from receiving samples to delivery of assets is 5-6 business days.
